Office visits are by appointment. To schedule an appointment with your
provider call 623-1322. A medical assistant will discuss with you the amount
of time needed for the appointment and any actions you may need to take prior
to your visit.
If you find that you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as
soon as possible so that we may offer the open time to another patient. Occasionally,
emergencies or deliveries may cause a delay in service. Whenever possible, we will
try to notify you, giving you the choice of waiting, rescheduling or possibly being
seen by an associate (if the situation warrants).
